Is Lectino free?
Yes. The current beta is free, including the existing vocabulary practice and learning insights. No payment details are needed.
Which languages can I learn?
With English as your base language: German, French, Italian and Spanish. With German as your base language: English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Can I use the same account on my phone and laptop?
Yes. Your account keeps your preferences, words and reading progress together. Sign in with the same email and password on each device.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Lectino works in your browser. On iPhone, open it in Safari and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Are the articles and translations real?
Lectino uses original articles from sources approved for reuse. Word meanings are prepared before publication. Machine translations can still contain mistakes; your feedback helps us improve them.
How long are articles available?
Articles stay in the current library for up to seven days after publication. Your saved vocabulary and reading progress remain.
